Technical Capabilities

Planning Process Experience

R3NDA has been hired at many different points during the planning process. The firm has the capacity to assess current conditions of schooling and advise the district on potential modernization routes they should undergo. The firm also has the capacity to join the project after scope has been established and will carry out such scope through to project closeout. Almost 100% of the firms’ member’s experience is related to all different stages of construction projects.

Quality Control

R3NDA uses past protocols and project experience to determine the quality of deliverables from district consultants and contractors. The firm is adamant to the fact that its client is the District and has a protocol to disregard prior relationship with other consultants in leu of District needs and expectations. Of the many projects and programs R3NDA has managed, either as a district employee or consultant, its expectations always derive from the Owner and not other consultants. This gives the Firm the ability to be subjective. This 3-dimensional way of thinking has made past clients very pleased and has delivered clean and outstanding projects.
